Yes, we handle both the setup and takedown of all our rental equipment for your event. Our professional team will arrive at your event location ahead of time to set up everything according to your specifications, ensuring that the equipment is safe, secure, and ready for use. After your event, we'll return to dismantle and remove the equipment, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event without any hassle. Setup and takedown services are included in your rental fee, so you can relax and leave the heavy lifting to us.
Yes, we carry liability insurance to protect our clients and ensure peace of mind during your event. Our insurance covers any unexpected incidents that might occur during the use of our rental equipment. Safety is our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure our equipment is well-maintained and set up correctly.
We will work with you to make sure inclement weather is not an issue during your event and there is an alternate option during your event time so things run smoothly. In the event of inclement weather prohibiting set up, we will reschedule your rental for a different date or time.

Yes, we take cleanliness very seriously. All of our rental equipment, including bounce houses, soft play areas, and other items, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Our cleaning process involves inspecting each item for cleanliness, sanitizing surfaces to eliminate germs and bacteria, and ensuring that everything is in top condition before it is delivered to your event.
We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. Generally, a minimum of 3 weeks before your event is suggested. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes, we require a $250 deposit to reserve any of our equipment. This deposit is non refundable.
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
